Cornerstone Ministries
We believe that we, the people make up the church, so each week we meet in different settings.
Everything from a ‘Young at Heart’ 60+ group, to multiple youth and young adult groups, to a monthly men’s outdoor activity. You will also see the church mobilised in the practical meeting of our community’s needs. We have ministries for all ages and stages, and are always looking for more ideas!

Young Mums Ministry
Hannah Powell is a young Mum. She is married to Andre and they have three fantastic children, Isaac, Luka and Evie. Hannah has a desire to help, encourage and support other young Mums in Rolleston. Hannah is a gifted worship leader and musician in our church and she works locally as a registered nurse part-time.
Abby Stevenson is also a young Mum. She is married to Tim and they have two beautiful twins Rueben and Annaliese with another surprise on the way. Abby has a heart for all Mums and can relate to the challenges of having little children. She is also a gifted worship leader and musician and works as a Nurse with a GP in Halswell.
Intermediates
Empower your intermediate-aged children through our dynamic programs on Sunday mornings and Friday nights. With a blend of faith-based teachings, interactive activities, and mentorship, we guide them towards personal growth and a deeper connection with God.

Impact
Impact is simply Cornerstone’s response to Christ’s command to love others as yourself.
This is a ministry designed to meet the practical needs of those in our community. It’s love in action, it’s community engagement with the ultimate call to see community transformation through the work of the Gospel.
If a family needs meals, Impact is there. If someone is in need of a ride for an appointment, Impact is there. If emergency care is needed Impact is there. And anything else in between. The impact is made up predominantly of Cornerstone volunteers.
